These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Brick Science PLUS waitlist, operated by Brickatecture LLC, doing business as Brick Science ("we," "us," or "our"), from Colorado, United States. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist adds you to a list of people we'll notify when Brick Science PLUS enrollment opens. It does not create any obligation to purchase and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a specific launch date. Any launch timing we mention is an estimate and may change.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse the form, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the site. We may update, suspend, or remove the site or the waitlist at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by Brickatecture LLC (dba Brick Science) or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Trademark notice

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this course. LEGO® is used here only as an adjective to describe compatible brick building.

Disclaimers

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Brick Science PLUS is an educational course, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or skill level.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brickatecture LLC (dba Brick Science) and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

These Terms cover the pre-launch waitlist only. When the course store opens, they should be expanded to cover purchases, payments, refunds, and course access — and reviewed by qualified counsel. This is not legal advice.
