Return and Refund Policy

Brick Science Plus LLC wants customers to understand our return and refund terms before purchasing Brick Science Plus™ products or course access.

Digital Course Purchases

Access to the Brick Science Plus™ online course is a digital product. Digital course purchases are generally final and non-refundable once course access has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing course content you purchased, please contact us at brickscienceplussupport@gmail.com so we can assist you.

For customers in jurisdictions that provide statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content, those rights will apply as required by law. Where permitted by applicable law, customers who request immediate access to digital content may be asked to acknowledge that beginning delivery of the digital content can affect or end a statutory cancellation right.

Physical Kits

Brick Science Plus™ physical kits are shipped only to addresses within the United States and Canada.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases of physical kits, except where required by applicable law.

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at brickscienceplussupport@gmail.com. We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue.

When appropriate, we may replace the affected product, replace missing components, or provide another remedy as required by applicable law.

International Course Customers

The Brick Science Plus™ online course is available to customers outside the United States and Canada.

However, physical kits are not shipped outside the United States and Canada. International customers outside those two countries should purchase the course-only option and provide their own compatible building materials.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or when a refund results from an error by Brick Science Plus LLC.

Age Requirements

Direct account registration and use are intended for persons 13 years of age or older.

Children under 13 may participate only through the parent or legal guardian authorization and consent process provided by Brick Science Plus LLC.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
